There's room for the whole family in one of our Deluxe Rentals. They are 1 bedroom with a queen bed, 1 bath, fully furnished kitchen with a full size refrigerator, microwave and coffee pot. Each has a living room with a full size sofa bed and cable television. These cabins have a large loft area with a full size bed to accommodate sleeping for those extra people.

GENERAL
- Check-out time is 11:00 a.m. Unless prior arrangements have been made with management for an extension, there will be a full day's registration fee charged.
- For the safety of our guests, all persons visiting the Resort must be registered at the office and a visible pass must be displayed in all vehicles. If needed, management reserves the right to move persons to another space.
- DAY GUESTS: All guests must register in advance to identify persons and guest's vehicles using the facilities to accommodate parking. A day use fee is charged.
- Lost & Found is located at the Resort Office.
- Laundry Facilities are located between Motel Rooms 108 and 109.
- Quiet Hours from 10 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. Please do not use electrical generators.
- The speed limit at the resort is 5 MPH. Please drive slowly and carefully within the Resort. Children, adults and animals are at play.
- For the quiet enjoyment and safety of others, off road vehicles shall not be operated within the Resort. Motorcycles shall be driven quietly and only to enter and exit the Resort. Bike riding is allowed within the resort, but please obey the 5 MPH speed limit.
- All spaces must be kept clean during your visit and upon departure.
- Pets are WELCOME. Dogs must be kept on a leash at all times when outside of an RV. Motel Room or Rental Guests must clean up after them. Pets are not to be left unattended and must be kept in your unit after dark. Please, no aggressive breeds.
- For the safety of our guests, clotheslines of any type are not to be tied to trees, bushes or any other El Rio Waterfront Resort property. Clothing and other articles are not to be placed on railings and decks. There is a retractable clothesline in all Rentals and Motel Rooms.
- Firearms and fireworks are not permitted.
- Fires are permitted in the fire rings and outdoor barbecues only. Be careful - extinguish you fire when unattended. For your convenience, firewood is sold at the Office. Please do not cut the trees or shrubs.
- Nightly and Weekly rates are subject to tax and include utilities.
- There is three-day minimum stay required during holidays and special events.
- Maximum stay for any RV Site, Motel Room or Rental is six months.
- Monthly rates are not subject to tax and include utilities for the first month only.

RV SITES
- The maximum occupancy in an RV Site is 6.
- Only one RV is allowed in an RV Site. Sorry, no tent camping allowed.
- Washing an RV, changing oil or major vehicle work in not permitted on Resort property. The is a mechanic and car wash within city limits.
- All wastewater must be disposed at a sewer connection or at the sanitary station.
MOTEL ROOMS & RENTALS
- All Motel Room fees are based on double occupancy. All additional occupants will be subject to a fee of $5.00 per person/per night. Children 3 year of age or under are free.
- The maximum occupancy in a Motel Room is 2.
- The maximum occupancy in a Deluxe Motel Room is 3.
- The maximum occupancy in a Luxury Motel Room is 5.
- All Deluxe and Luxury Rental fees are based on four occupants. All additional occupants will be subject to a fee of $7.00 per person/per night. Children 3 years old and under are free.
- The maximum occupancy in a Deluxe or Luxury Rental is 6.
- All Rentals are fully furnished and include cleaning and linen service once a week.
- Motel and Deluxe Rentals are subject to Security Deposit for length of stay 1 month and over.
- There is a limit of one pet in all Motel Rooms and Rentals. A fee of $25.00 is required.
THE RIVER
- Swimming is not recommended. The Colorado River runs on an average of 8 knots.
- The boat ramp is limited. Only one vehicle and trailer may use the ramp at a time. All vehicles and trailers must be stores in designated areas.
- The dock has limited spaces. Boats and other watercraft may be tied down for a limit of one hour when space is available so that all will be able to use it.
